Customer Experience Representative (Full time)

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be an integral part of our mission, working directly with what we hold most dearly: Our customers and their happiness.
As a Customer Experience Representative, your primary focus will be to deliver outstanding support in our different CX channels. You thrive to exceed customers’ expectations and deeply care about our mission and products. You will also play a central role in bringing customer feedback to other teams such as Product, Operations and Marketing.
You’re joining an ambitious, dynamic and deeply caring team at the beginning of a high-paced and challenging journey to fundamentally change the way we manufacture, market and consume garments today. And as one of the fastest-growing apparel startups in Sweden, we’re expanding a core team with an important impact on our journey - and the industry as a whole.
Your responsibilities are
- Provide top class customer service via our CX channels (e.g. E-Mail, Chat, Facebook and Instagram)
- Daily customer management and administration through our order management systems
- Be up to date with your product knowledge
- Have an understanding and act by ASKET’s core values
- Pass on customer feedback to all relevant teams
- Help organise and represent ASKET at pop-ups and events
You are
- Service-minded, detail-oriented and highly organised with a keen interest in clothing (not necessarily fashion)
- Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
- Passionate about ASKET’s core values and want to be a part of changing the apparel industry for the better
- Prior experience of working with customer service is a plus
- Fluent in English (orally and in writing). Other languages is a plus.
Work hours
- Full-time position - 40 h per week (the role might require work during evenings and weekends)
- Based in our head office at Södermalm in Stockholm
