As Performance Marketing Manager you'll be a key player in achieving our brand mission, enabling brand discovery while ensuring that we stay true to our principle of not creating artificial needs.
You're joining our Marketing & Commercial team at our head office in central Stockholm. You're responsible for our new customer acquisition, with ownership of the full marketing budget. You manage and develop our paid marketing activities, playing a crucial part in our mission to drive responsible growth. This role entails a high degree of variety in responsibilities, tasks and projects. Your work stretches from more strategic decisions such as budget allocation, channel strategy, and measurement & tracking framework to daily operations such as campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. With a data-driven mindset, a high degree of MarTech savviness and a drive to be at the forefront of marketing you’ll enjoy responsibilities from day one with a clear path to also grow within the company.
You’re working directly with our Chief Commercial Officer and Ecommerce team, collaborating closely with our Brand team, to deliver scalable and cost efficient new customer acquisition while maintaining our strong brand integrity and values.

Mission
Own, manage and develop Asket’s paid marketing activities to become best-in-class, driving scalable and cost efficient new customer acquisition with a high degree of control and performance transparency.
Ownership
- Owner of Asket’s new customer acquisition, marketing budget, and tracking & measurement framework
- Key stakeholder of MarTech stack and marketing creative assets
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategy via paid channels
- Manage paid marketing budget and targets
- Set up, monitor, evaluate, and optimize customer acquisition funnel per channel, market, and collection
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, Affiliates, Podcast, etc.
- Collaborate with creative team to develop on-brand content for paid marketing channels, continuously evaluating performance and synthesizing findings to drive improvement
- Collaborate with Ecommerce, Retail and Brand teams to build synergies and define a holistic cross channel marketing strategy
- Conduct systematic test & learn to proactively identify, test, and scale opportunities in new and existing paid channels
- Consistently evaluate and refine tracking and measurement systems to increase accuracy and actionability, and ultimately performance
The ideal candidate
- 2-4 years of experience
- Schooled at a renowned agency or self taught with proven track record
- Relevant academic education (e.g. business, engineering, or digital/performance marketing)
- Cross-channel/platform knowledge or interest and eagerness to learn
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with technical (MarTech) skillset
- Experience in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experienced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets user
- Experience in BI tools is a plus
- Flexible, able to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term priorities
- Driven self-starter with a high willingness to learn, develop, and take on more responsibility
- An eye for creative design and written communication
- Fluent in English, written and orally
