As a Full Time Sales Associate at our Archive store, you will be a key player in achieving our brand mission and manifesting our brand ethos. In this role, you will also take a leading responsibility for the store’s day-to-day operations, ensuring a well-run, and consistent in-store experience

Rather than just another transactional store, the Asket store aims to create an in-depth experience with, and conversation around, our garments, leaving the customer to invest in them on his or her terms; in store, from home - or not at all. You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional service experience for every individual who walks through our doors. Your task is to translate our ethos into a world-class in-store experience, catering both to existing customers and people new to our brand and mission.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Ensure every customer receives extraordinary levels of service

• Prompt resolution to customer complaints

• Manage and further develop store operations, processes and routines

  • Such as but not limited to, inventory and re-order management, servicing customers from both online and offline, managing in-store-returns as well as repairs

• Assist with VM activations and Events

• Accept and process deliveries in a time-efficient manner

• Visual Merchandising

• Ongoing identification and implementation of service and in-store experience improvements

• Assist with store recruitment and onboarding

• Grow the Asket community through considered service

• Obsessed with customer service, retail, and high-quality clothing

• Experienced retail professional who's eager to take on more store responsibility

• Ambitious to work and grow in a small, expanding company

• Open-minded with a ‘nothing is impossible’ mentality

• Have a personal, natural approach to customer interactions

• Show clear understanding and passion for the Asket principles

• Willing to to accommodate a dynamic working schedule

• Available to work weekends and weekdays (expected to work 40 hours/week)
